The fine print, kept short.

You must be at least 13, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age for using online services on your own (in some European countries it is 14, 15 or 16). If you are under 18, use Regulars only with a parent or guardian who knows you do. One person, one account: guest accounts count too, and we may suspend accounts made to get around the posting limits.

You need to be old enough (see above) to make an account. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for what's posted from your account. One person, one account.

You keep ownership of your reviews and photos. By posting, you let Regulars show, store, resize and share them on Regulars and in links to it (for example a preview when someone shares a place page), for as long as they're up.

Only post what you have the right to post, and only reviews of real visits. You're responsible for what you write.

Follow our community rules. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break them, or that put people or the site at risk. Remember that false statements of fact about a business or person can be unlawful where you live, and under Philippine law (including the Cybercrime Prevention Act).

Reviews are the personal opinions of the people who wrote them, not statements by Regulars. Scores are calculated automatically from those reviews. Nobody can pay to change them.

Restaurant names and logos belong to their owners. Regulars does not own them and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the places shown. They appear only to help you recognise a place. If you own a name or logo and want it changed or removed, write to support@regulars.food and we will take it down promptly.

Places change: menus, prices, hours, and sometimes the cook. We do our best but can't promise that information on Regulars is complete or current, or that the site will always be available. Use your own judgement, especially about allergies and food safety. To the extent the law allows, Regulars isn't liable for losses from relying on content posted by users.

If you think we got something wrong, such as removing your review or suspending your account, tell us and we will look again (see "If we remove something" in the Community rules). If we still can't agree, we will try to settle it in good faith first. Disputes that remain are for the courts of the Philippines, unless the law where you live lets you bring them in your own courts.

We may update these terms; we'll change the date at the top when we do. You can stop using Regulars and delete your account at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Nothing in them takes away rights that the consumer laws of your own country give you.
